YEAR IN REVIEW
We couldn't be more proud of these numbers that summarize the impact of our work each year! This lifesaving work is made possible by our supporters, donors, adopters, transport partners, volunteers, and a very hard-working team of people who care about Big Sky's mission, which is changing the ways we think and feel about living with and caring for animals.

While we rescue, home and re-home a large variety of animals, these statistics reflect the numbers of cats and dogs only. The collection and publication of this data is sponsored by Maddies Fund (www.maddiesfund.org).
A shelter's "LIve Release Rate" is the number of live outcomes divided by the number of total outcome.
*CATNIP Foundation gives every cat in our care the time and support they need to find a loving home. However, because we take in some very vulnerable and sick cats and kittens, including newborn orphaned kittens, special needs seniors and FIV cats and cats specifically here to spend their last days some of the cats and kittens in our care do pass away due to incurable disease.
